RECOMMENDED FOR:
- Patients that require a knee extension moment
- Patients with crouch gait secondary to weak quads and/or plantar flexors
- Knee flexion instability
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
- Crouch gait due to high tone
- Severe knee/hip flexion contractures
- Severe subtalar joint pathomechanics
- Patients that have passive/functional dorsiflexion ROM
